How do I prepare for the test?

Can I order tests on behalf of someone else?
Yes, you can. The order isn’t linked to the person taking the test, so you may place the order in your own name even if someone else will be providing the sample.
When the person receives the kit, they will be guided to register it using the Test-ID found on the code card inside the box. Then it’s important that it’s the person taking the test who registers it under their name.

Can I cancel or change my order?

What shipping options do you offer?
We provide delivery via UPS, DHL and others. The options available will be displayed at checkout according to your location.
I forgot to collect my parcel from the locker, what happens now?
If you chose delivery to a locker and didn’t collect it, the parcel will be returned to us. It can take up to 1–3 weeks before we get it back. Once it arrives, we will log it as returned and refund your payment, unless we’ve agreed otherwise. Read more here
