How many servings are in the container?

30 servings of 5g each — one month supply at the recommended dose of one serving per day.

Is a measuring scoop included?

Yes. One level scoop is one serving (5g).

How much water should I mix it with?

Mix one serving into 300 to 500ml of water. More water gives a lighter taste; less water gives a stronger flavour. Both are fine.

What is Cocomineral®?

Cocomineral® is a branded, standardised coconut water powder that provides naturally occurring electrolyte minerals from coconut water. It is included at 1,000mg per serving and contributes to the overall mineral profile of the formula alongside the four added electrolytes.

What sweetener is used?

Steviol glycosides, derived from the stevia plant. No added sugar, no artificial sweeteners.

Can I take Electrolytes Citrus alongside other GetTested supplements?

Yes, with one check worth making. If you are also taking Magnesium Complex or other products containing magnesium, calcium or sodium, review your combined daily intake against recommended levels. The doses in Electrolytes Citrus are moderate and designed for daily use, but combined intake from multiple products adds up.

Who should not take Electrolytes Citrus?

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of reach of young children. If you have kidney disease, high blood pressure, or are on a sodium-restricted diet, consult a healthcare professional before use as this product contains 320mg of sodium per serving.

How should I store it?

In the original sealed packaging, in a dry place away from light at +5 to +25°C.
