Yes. Our laboratory partners are ISO-certified and follow standardized procedures, validated methods, and ongoing quality controls to support accurate and reliable results. These laboratories are subject to routine oversight under ISO, including periodic inspections and ongoing quality requirements such as proficiency testing and quality control. We also provide step-by-step collection instructions to support consistent sample collection at home.

We take data security seriously and use appropriate technical and organisational measures (such as encryption in transit and access controls) to protect personal information. We do not sell personal information.
