How long does it take to get results?

Most test results are available within 2-5 business days after the lab receives your sample. Some specialized tests may take up to 5-7 business days. You will receive an email notification when your results are ready.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after the label has been created.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or is incomplete?

We take great care in packaging your items; however, if your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery . To expedite the resolution process, please include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged packaging or product, when in contact with customer support. We will work quickly to arrange a replacement or store credit.
